Program Highlight: Team-Based Leadership
With student participation growing rapidly at our chapter, we made a strategic decision to launch a team-based leadership model designed to enhance peer mediation, teamwork, and student-led decision-making.
Why Cleveland Is Special
Traci L. Jadlos (Executive Director, ASAS Cleveland) has more than 20 years of experience in youth development, community mobilization, and nonprofit leadership. We recently sat down with her to talk about what makes the Cleveland chapter so special.
