Staff Stories
Across the org, All-Star leaders are being recognized for their outstanding contributions to out-of-school time (OST) programs. Through advocacy, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to youth wellness, these honorees aren’t just changing individual lives—they’re reshaping the entire OST landscape.
Every year, thousands of All-Star students find the support they need to explore new things, create community, and navigate challenges proactively. At ASAS, mentorship goes beyond guidance—it’s about creating life-changing connections between students and caring adults who live and work in their communities.
Every year, we host a “Strategy Week” that brings together national and chapter leadership for professional development and collaboration. This year, we saw an opportunity to pivot to a virtual format, allowing us to include more employees, provide a more flexible schedule, and spread sessions out over a period of several months.
