Victoria is our Director of Programs and Impact. She has extensive non-profit leadership experience in the education and enrichment space, including positions with The Center for Black Educator Development, ArtistYear, and Play On Philly. Additionally, she has taught a wide range of subject matter and ages.

Victoria has a BS in engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master of Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and her JD from Syracuse University. She currently resides in Southwest Philly with her husband and youngest child, a 6th grader. They also
have a recent college graduate and a college sophomore.

Candice is the President and Founder of EYL 365 Project which provides workshops to students at our D.C. sites, focused on all types of visual art, as well as other subjects such as music production, theater, culinary art, mixed media, and creative writing.
