Programs & Sites

All-Star students participate in classes and activities that develop their skills, motivate their desire for mastery, and increase their levels of engagement. Research shows that a combination of academics, enrichment activities, and healthy lifestyles improve student achievement.

Every site provides academic support and tutoring, hands-on learning activities that reinforce school lessons, fitness and sports activities, and enrichment activities like art, music, dance, cooking, gardening, mentoring, and environmental justice.

Our Program Sites

Our current Philadelphia sites include Russell H. Conwell Middle Magnet School, James G. Blaine Academics Plus School, Delaplaine McDaniel School, Joseph Pennell Elementary  School, Thomas G. Morton Elementary School, Vare-Washington Elementary School, and William D. Kelley School.

Our Camden sites include Camden Prep Copewood Elementary School, Camden Prep Copewood Middle School, Camden Prep Mt. Ephraim Elementary School, and Camden Prep Mt. Ephraim Middle School.

Academic readiness programs give our students the support and homework help they need to build positive academic behaviors that can lead to success in school and beyond.

Project-based learning experiences in STEM teach students valuable life skills including collaboraton, communication, creativity, and problem solving.

Visual and performing arts programs build confidence, encourage self-expression, and develop technical and leadership skills. Our arts programs include many courses that have been cut from traditional school programming.

Health and wellness programs encourage healthy behaviors like daily exercise, balanced nutrition, and interpersonal skills by offering experiences in athletics, fresh food preparation, and mindfulness.
