2024 Rising Stars Event
Thanks to your support, we raised $138,000 at our 2024 Rising Stars event! We are overwhelmed with the generosity of our sponsors, attendees, and board members. It’s always amazing to witness the community of people and partners that contribute to our chapter’s success. Special shout out to our student for their inspirational comments, artwork, and performances.

Family Wellness, Community Strength
We organized quarterly Family Wellness Events at each of our partnering school sites this year. Events included a brief introduction to After-School All-Stars, a dinner for families, and participation from other community-based organizations. Together, we provided families with resources and information about food insecurity, rent and utility assistance, transportation assistance, mental health support, cyber security, free clothing, and more.

URBN will invest a total of $250,000 across two years to fund the Graphic Design Academy and support other youth initiatives that align with their mission to foster creativity and opportunity in the next generation.
Across the U.S., All-Stars experienced trips to museums, zoos, playgrounds, state parks, and college campuses—building upon and reinforcing the content they learn during the school year.
Thanks to a partnership with immersive learning company Transfr, All-Star students in Cleveland, Los Angeles, Miami, and Newark have been using virtual reality learning modules to explore career options that align with their skills and interests.
