Our Impact
We’re more than a nonprofit—we’re a movement empowering young people through after-school programs that build confidence, leadership, and community. All-Stars gain skills they carry into college, careers, and life. Our impact spans 30+ years and touches multiple generations of students.
We create opportunities for youth to form strong relationships, explore new interests, and engage in hands-on learning. These experiences help students understand themselves, grow their support networks, and succeed in school and beyond.
Our Commitment to Students
We are committed to the growth and development of young people. We create opportunities for them to build strong relationships with peers and adults. Students also take part in activities that spark their interests and support active, engaging learning.
Through these experiences, All-Stars gain a deeper understanding of themselves. They build lasting social connections and take important steps toward success in school and life.
Fueling Futures:
Annual Report 2024
We’re proud to share our FY24 annual report: Fueling Futures—a celebration of the power of opportunity and the incredible community that makes it possible. Fueling Futures is more than a theme—it’s a testament to everyone who supports our work: the dedicated staff, school leaders, families, funders, volunteers, and community champions.
Why Out-of-School Time?
Out-of-school time (OST) enrichment programs play a vital role in child development. They give students chances to explore new interests, expand their horizons, and build skills beyond the classroom.
The impact of high-quality OST programs is clear. Students often see stronger academic performance, better emotional well-being, and healthier social development. Regular participation also leads to fewer risky behaviors and more engagement in positive activities.
After-School All-Stars is helping young people grow into confident, well-rounded individuals—ready to take on life’s challenges and opportunities.
